As showreels are normally no longer
than 5 minutes it makes them an idea marketing tool.
The DVDs will work in any standard PC, MAC or laptop
DVD drive and DVD-R compatible DVD player. In a
standard tray drive the disc fits into the inner circular
depression
(open yours and you will see it!). In a laptop drive
with a prominent spindle that you push the discs
directly onto, these discs work in exactly the same way
as standard DVDs. The orientation of the discs does not
matter. They sit with the label facing upwards, just as
with standard 12cm circular DVDs. However these discs
are not suitable for use in slot-loading DVD drives as
they are too small, although these are fairly uncommon
and will not normally be a problem.
These discs come with free plastic wallets with adhesive
strips so that they can easily be attached to stationary
such as CV's, cover letters and postcards. Included
within the duplication price is the art work which is
printed directly onto the surface of the disc to a
premium quality.
