Laura Miller: I aim to offer you more than any other actors headshot photographer. A first class product that wont cost you the earth. Your headshot is really important. Having the best equipment and knowing how to technically create a great headshot helps but more than that is needed. It's also really important that you feel totally comfortable and that you are communicating to the camera correctly. I work in a quiet, relaxed environment, both indoors and outdoors and take hundreds of pictures which we review as we go. We'll have a chat on the sofa before we start and get to the bottom of what you are after. There is tea of virtually every description, fresh coffee and plenty of fruit (and chocolate!) on tap. The changing facilities are well lit, with a large mirror, a magnifying mirror and plenty of space to hang your changes of clothes. Feel free to bring along your favourite CD to play in the background during the shoot. Taking a fantastic headshot is a two way process, a combination of my skill with, and your relationship to, the camera. Aftercare is really important to me too. All your photos are archived as standard and backed up at Round Island and you will receive your contact sheet within 24 hours. You are given your own gallery online so that you can view your photos without having to squint at negatives or tiny thumbnails and the link can be sent to as many people as you wish so that you, your agent, friends and colleagues can all look at the same contact sheet at the same time even if they are on other sides of the world. Once you have chosen the images you want to use you can order as many as you want. Four are included in the package and other retouched images are just  £15 each. They will be sent to you first class recorded delivery at high resolution on CD. Images can also be sent directly to Image Photographic (or similar) for reproduction and I can upload your photo to Casting Call Pro free of charge. If you have individual concerns that you want to talk through - that's fine, just get in contact and we'll go through them together.
