| I work in a quiet and relaxed area on the banks
of the River Thames with good transport links. There
is no rush when you arrive. We’ll chat through what
you are after, what has worked for you in the past
and what has not. Bring along any old headshots you
have, even images of you working if you want. Talk
with your agent or any contacts you have within the
industry and get their opinion of what they think
sells you before you arrive. The clearer you are in
your head, the clear the photos will be. Remember we
are not just trying to get a photo that you love;
our aim is to capture a photograph what will get you
through the casting directors door. Once we have
gone through what you are going to wear, we’ll start
off by taking some shots inside. I nearly always
take shots using natural light when indoors, how the
session is split up however is not dictated by me,
it all comes down to what works best for you. After
each batch has been taken, or when you want a change
of top we can review the images, noting what works
and therefore increasing the number of shots you can
use.
After the session is over I will make sure your
contact sheet is online with 24 hours. That way you
can see the images properly instead of squinting at
a contact sheet and of course it allows you to
forward your page to agents and friends so that you
can gain their opinions at the click of a button.
Once you have decided what images you like best, I
will retouch four for you. Additional print-ready
images are £15 each. |
